Seller reviewOUTSTANDING comes to mind!!! April had contacted me when I put my information on the Century 21 web-site...that is how we inter acted with each other,as I live in California! She handled my sale exceptionally well.especially since we had to do some of the transactions by phone and computer.She was very patient with me and explained everything I needed to do,as I am computer illiterate when it comes to certain things...and she walked me through most of the paperwork,so it was done right,otherwise it would have been difficult for her and I.She was great! Very understanding and helpful.....and PATIENT!

Buyer reviewApril Lagasse's knowledge of the market and what we needed goes beyond just selling a house. She really listened to what we were looking for and only showed us homes that fit our needs. I feel this a big asset to home buyers and know she will do the same for anyone who is selling a property. Buyer reviewThe first time I met April was the day I called to see a house and she took me there she was very nice, patient, knowledgeable my guy feeling was I really liked this lady. My gut was right April was very hard working and Honest two things I respect and are most important to me. I truly believe that this deal would not have gone so smooth if it wasn't the hard work April put into it she seemed to take it personally and I appreciated that. I want to Thank April for all her work to make this happen. I would with out a doubt use April again if i needed to buy or sell a house.
