Buyer reviewThis was our first time purchasing an older home and many aspects of the process were new to us. She shared her knowledge, answered all questions, and was patient. April is a responsive communicator, day or night, regardless of the hour she could be reached at any time. Another important quality April possesses is that she was able to quickly ascertain our unique tastes and apply those in the search of what ultimately resulted in our forever home. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Buyer reviewBuying a new home with April is working with Family. April has been my agent when I sold my previous house and April was the only agent I called to buy my new house. When the time to sell this home or buy a new house, April will be the only agent I call. April is the reason that we have a non-stressful sell of previous home and a purchase of a new home without stress. While so happy that the process is over and we have our new home, a bit sad not to work with April any longer. While looking at homes during Covid, April always kept us safe and was always looking to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
