April has done everything right as for representing the company. That aside, my wife and I will highly recommend April Vera for anyone's home buying needs. She wasn't pushy and was very patient with our questions and always answered in short order. She made buying a home a breeze. She did an excellent job at handling all work behind the scenes. She is genuine.

I cannot even begin to explain how we feel about April. She made the chore of looking at houses seem to be so easy! She listened to everything we needed and found it! When we had questions....she answered them all! She made us feel like family! We plan to keep up with April. We had so many people comment about how efficient April was through the entire process, and she was. I plan to let the entire Brazoria County know about this angel called April! If we or any member of our family need to purchase property...I guarantee you that April Vera is the agent we will use. As a matter of fact...she would be the only one we would use!. We were so happy with April and the way she treated us and handled the sale! April knew what she was doing. She has been taught very well. April walked with us through the entire procedure. If I had any questions concerning the house or how something worked...she took care of it!! April paid such attention to details. She was familiar with the area. As a matter of fact.....the lenders who were helping us, also made the comment as how April was a go-getter. We had a time crunch with buying the house, and April took such good care of everything. We found a house and closed within a month! April took such good care of us! Century 21 is at the top of our list! If anyone asks.....I plan to tell them!! I had heard such terrible stories of buying houses! We were dreading to have to find a house. April has made the whole ordeal something that I would be willing to do every year! I have never in my life, had such an easy transaction when buying real estate. I will not use anyone else but April Vera and Century 21 Olympian from now on!!!
