I have been in the real estate industry for the past 2 years, and I am originally from Arkansas. As an agent I serve both Missouri and Arkansas areas. My passion for real estate and helping my clients achieve their dreams drives me to provide an amazing client experience.
I specialize in guiding my clients through the entire process of buying, selling, investing, and even renting. I provide unique strategies to help them reach their real estate goals. For example, I am highly knowledgeable in leveraging technology to educate my clients on the current market and provide them with up-to-date information.
When I'm not helping my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my grand babies), exploring new places and cultures, and focusing on my faith.

Seller reviewHonestly and integrity was the major factor for selecting our agent. The sale of this property was nothing less than great. There were delays on the closing, however, never any fault of the agent. Our Agent was very informative and helpful in getting us through those delays. The closing and wiring of money were explained to us and done exactly as we were told!!! It was an experience, but thanks to our agent, the results were Amazing!!! April did a wonderful job. She kept us informed each and every step of the way in the selling of our house. She was very knowledgeable, dependable and kind. We would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling their properties. Great job Century 21 on having April Wasdyke on board!! It was Amazing!!!! Definitely our "One Stop Shop" for Real Estate!!!!
