All aspects of the real estate process were skillfully handled and as her client, I had but to sit back, answer a few questions and watch her work. If you want lip service and kid gloves, go somewhere else. If you want an agent that will tend to your business goals without putting you through 'death by 1000 questions', you could simply not do better than Ms. Apryl Berry. A true asset to her field.

Buyer reviewContacting Apryl was the best decision I made with my new home purchase. Being from out of state I was extremely relying on Apryl to be my eyes on the type of home I wanted and including location, being I could not visit as often as I would have liked to in seeing potential homes. After a few homes Apryl sent ... she knew exactly what I was looking for. Apryl kept me up to speed on just what was need from me in a very timely manner and just how to go about getting all information back and forth via internet. Spent quality time in relying information needed to Apryl with up front moneys required at every stage of this process. From day one ... all the way to closing day. Things were handled perfectly! This home I have now is the 4th home I have purchased in my life, and I WILL SAY ... NO ONE has ever made this home buying experience more enjoyable than Apryl has with me. Its not even a feeling of "Agent/Client" but "Friend/Friend" And good friends are hard to find. You hear about how stressful and difficult at times home buying can be, but that is... "just in my opinion"... people are using the wrong Realtor. Buying a home should be a pleasant and enjoyable event because after all you will be spending a portion of you life in said home. Why not be happy in every aspect? Apryl accomplishes this effortlessly. She loves what she does and it shows.
