Arelys helped my best friend and his wife buy their home a few years ago, so when a house I wanted went on the market, they recommended her. On a random weekday night at around 10pm or so (because the house had just listed and I didn't want to lose the opportunity), I called the number they gave me and Arelys answered. Never having bought a home before, she walked me through the process and told me each step that I could expect along the way. I immediately felt comfortable with her as she was confident, thorough, and available. She is someone that I, too, would now recommend over and over again in the future. Arelys has been absolutely phenomenal. I have never bought a home before, so this entire process was new and foreign to me. She took the time and walked me through the process along the way. Since this was a new construction home, the process went on for months. Nonetheless, Arelys was there every step of the way, including nights, weekends, and throughout the day. Arelys is an absolute rock star! I probably would not have been able to make it through the process without her expertise, guidance, and experience. A friend recommended her to me, and now I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase a home. It is clear and evident why she is successful. The process and thought of buying a home can be very overwhelming, but Arelys helped me make that dream come true. Arelys' assistant, Joanne, was also great and helped coordinate signatures, paperwork, and all the details behind the scenes. We needed to extend the contract multiple times due to new construction delays, and she was all over it! To Century 21: I am not sure how other realtors are, but if they are half as good as Arelys, then your company is in great shape! To anyone out there looking for a home: if you have never done this before, a quick Google search will show you all of the steps, paperwork, and pieces of the process involved with buying a house. All of this is extremely overwhelming, and it may take you back as you wonder " can I even do this?" or "is it worth it?" For me, it made me want to make excuses and tell myself that I'm not ready yet and I should do it later in life. This all changed when a house I really wanted went on the market. Still, very overwhelmed, a friend of mine recommended Arelys. Not only is she very understanding, she knows the business very well. Think of her as a coach and guide. I work with computers. When you install a program on a computer, there are usually windows and dialog boxes that you just keep clicking "next" on as it does the work, and eventually the program is installed. For me, Arelys was like that guided tour. There are so many steps involved but at each mile stone, she told me exactly what needed to happen which was basically like clicking "next." This made me realize that the process of buying a home it's not that bad after all, and when you have an agent as good as she is, you can make it happen! As a new first time home buyer who just went through the process, my advice to anyone who is considering buying a home and has no idea where to start, pick up the phone and call Arelys. You will quickly see for yourself how great she is and can make your own decisions and plan accordingly based on what you hear. Even if you think you're not ready yet. 10/10- would absolutely recommend!!!
