As first time home buyers, we had very limited knowledge about the whole process - everything from knowing what features to look for in a home to negotiating a sales price, closing costs, mortgage, etc. Aris was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He always answered every call and text within a couple hours and guided us through every step of the process. He took his time with every showing and always arrived early to familiarize himself with the property first. He took the time to explain every paragraph of the agreement of sale contract to us. He helped us select a lender and attorney and spoke with those individuals on our behalf. He showed up to the home inspection and appraisal on time and well prepared.
