I didn't even consider asking anyone else. Art is a very good, ethical, moral man, has an excellent reputation, and many of my friends have worked with him and The Art of Real Estate Team and have been very pleased. He is very knowledgeable in the area. I know a lot of real estate agents, and would never have considered working with anyone else. I also took a lot of comfort in Art's integrity and honesty. Art and The Art of Real Estate Team were were a joy to work with. He/they were all so polite, professional, and trustworthy. I never doubted any decisions he made. Art was always on top of things. He made recommendations on showing/staging the house, held numerous open houses, kept me up-to-date, gave good advice, was very prompt at meetings and returning calls, frequently reviewed the comps in the area, was very pleasant, and handled everything from start to finish. He was such a pleasure to work with. The only reason I marked below expectations for closing is that the paperwork was not ready when we were at closing, which was not Art's fault. I was extremely pleased, and would use The Art of Real Estate again. As a matter of fact, I probably will be using Art's team again within a couple of years. Art made this experience very pleasant and seamless. He handled everything, and I was free to focus on other things. I didn't have to worry about any details regarding the sale of the house. I had complete confidence in Art the his team.

Great overall experience. High confidence in Art and the team to get best value for our home. We were able to sell our home while on vacation in Hawaii and were able to coordinate via cell and used docusign for contract items. Art kept in touch frequently.

Art was everything we hoped for in our realtor. He was always available for a showing, provided helpful input, understood what we were looking for, and explained everything very clearly. We felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. He negotiated wisely and persisted when the discussion about needed repairs became difficult. Throughout, he was calm, cheerful, and optimistic, and came up with solutions we wouldn't have thought of. We couldn't have wished for a better person to help us brave the stormy waters of a first-time buyer's experience in a heated real-estate market.

While I find buying and selling homes can be stressful at times, Art and his team go above & beyond expectations when it comes to informing their clients, guiding them through the ever changing process and preventing unpleasant surprises to the best of their ability. Art quickly and correctly ascertained our needs and desires for the new home we were seeking. The buying process has tightened up greatly since the last time I purchased a home and having Art navigate the changed was invaluable. What a refreshing joy it is to experience professional customer service the way it was meant to be experienced.

Art was very impressive from the first phone interaction to post sale follow-up. We had a unique situation of selling from a distance. He made it easy by assisting in locating local companies for services necessary to prepare the property for closing. Art has the perfect approach of educating, setting expectations and allowing the decision to be yours. Most impressive though is his willingness to be flexible and accommodate. He really puts his heART into it ;-)

Art and his Real Estate Team took the time to get to know us and really understand our situation. Art was extremely patient with what must have seemed to him very elementary questions. We really felt like he was always looking out for our best interests more than anything else. I could not have more pleased with the relationship.
