Art is #1 in my book and I won't use anyone else for my realestate needs. Anytime of the day or night, weekdays or weekends Art was there to answer my questions or concerns. Art had open houses as many times as I asked him to do so! He's the Best!!! Because the feds kept raising rates just after I put this on the market it took longer than expected to sell. Not a reflection on Arts sales ability! Likewise he kept me informed about how to price the unit so it didn't just sit on the market. Art is the best!!!
