Ash Fickenwirth of CENTURY 21 Price Right

I cannot say enough about Ash. Words cannot express my gratitude for Ash, She had so much to do with helping me purchase a house, Ash was the Keystone. considering that I was two and a half hours away in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. I put a lot of faith and trust in her and I can see it was very well place. She took the time to help me understand everything, every step of the way. If someone were to ask me who to turn to when purchasing a house I'm pointing to Ash and saying she is the one you want to talk to. Part of the reasons why I selected Ash in particular is because other Realtors made it seem like I was bothering them when I ask them a question, Ash actually took the time to answer the question even though I'm pretty sure she's probably been asked the question over a million times before, but she made it important, even as silly as the question sounds, it's important to me the customer, so therefore it was important to her. That was one of her best qualities but what I feel is the absolute number one quality of hers is not only did she answer my questions, but when my son had questions she answered them as if he were her customer as well, she took the time to answer my sons questions, other Realtors... sadly it seemed like they were trying to swat a fly away which put me off. Ash addressed my son and answered the questions. Something else that that Ash did that helped my son, was my son does have a service animal, other Realtors wanted to pet and just oogle over my son's service animal , now I am the first one to say my son has a very, very good looking Siberian Husky, however Ash understood that he is a service animal and Ash ignored the service animal. (Which is what you should do with service animals) Ash understood this which was very helpful to my son. Ash also took the time to point out that a house for sale in a particular neighborhood maybe the right price and it was the right size everything about the house seemed great but, Ash let me know, this is a bad part of the town so I may not want to live there and that really helped me out because I have no clue about the entire town it was a new city for me. Other Realtors told me I'd have to look into it. Ash also took the time to work around my work schedule. At the time I was a department manager at Walmart for their cleaning supplies and toilet paper Isles during the covid-19 Panic shopping everybody was doing, which was flat exhausting. Ash cut time out of her day even though she wasn't at work to help me, it was 8 at night and she's cooking dinner and getting her kids all corralled and I'm cooking dinner at the same time and she took the time to get on the phone with me, while we're both cooking dinner and get a conversation going about which property we're looking at, silly questions, which house so on and so fort. Everything that was going on she even took the time to stop what she's doing and listen to my stress and just address it head on and help me through it. Being two and a half hours away from where I wanted to move to and working a full-time job and being a full-time single parent, Ash found a way to help show houses without me actually having to leave the city I was in she just video conference me while I was on lunch at work, when I have time she was like all right let's go and she would literally send a video walk-through. that was amazing I didn't even think of that, Ash already had three ways from Sunday to show me a house while I'm 80 something miles away. Ash was very innovative and thought outside of the box in the middle of Nationwide pandemic and Health crisis. Ash was very resourceful in helping me get money to the home inspectors. I am afraid Ash set a standard so high I don't think any other realtor can live up to it. Which is why if I go looking to buy another house and move I'll be looking for Ash first. The minute I met Ash I knew I wanted her to be our realtor. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood our goals for a house and how they aligned with our financial goals. She was always respectful of our wishes and needs. She was also so helpful through our entire experience. We had a long stretch with the appraisal and it became frustrating towards the end. She helped ease that frustration by listening to our concerns and making the process as smooth as possible. She was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend her!
