Seller reviewEvery day, I am faced with making a ton of decisions. When it came to who I wanted to represent me with the sale of my property, I knew without a doubt it would be Ash Fickenwirth! It is nice to have a trusted agent to cover all of my real estate needs! Ash kept me up to date on the online activity for the property. She was also very clear that bare land does take a while longer to sell than houses. Still, she remained positive and diligent in making sure everything was rolling the direction it should. The entire experience was excellent across the board! Ash's friendly personality kept me enjoying the entire process. She also has clear communication if she thinks we need to change our sales techniques. I have never seen her slow down, and I doubt she ever does. She has a "get it done" mentality that I fully support and appreciate!
