Ashlee was attentive to exactly what I wanted as well as my budget. She was patient and communicated incredibly. There were multiple challenges that arose during the sale of my home which were outside of our control. Ashlee handled all of them with professionalism and integrity. I can't possibly recommend her enough as she is exactly what anyone would want in a real estate agent

Buyer reviewI had just been through a really bad experience with a previous realtor and their broker, and was very hesitant to begin working with another realtor. The loan officer I was working with at the time recommended Ashlee on the basis of her professionalism and experience, and suggested I view a couple of homes with her on a trial basis to see if she might be a good fit for me. I'm so very glad I took their recommendation. I will be highly recommending Ashlee to other buyers! Ashlee suggested negotiating a few points of the purchase agreement that I hadn't even thought of, and was tenacious to a degree I probably wouldn't have been on my own as a first time home buyer. She went above and beyond during the closing process to ensure that the repairs we had agreed on were completed in a satisfactory manner, and made a clear effort to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the purchase.
