Buyer reviewWorking with Audra was one of the best house buying experiences we've ever done. During the entire process she always was there to explain in detail the process in reference to any concerns we had. A few things that stuck out to us was her persistence on ensuring that we had something tangible to recall upon when attending meetings with the builder. She would always take notes and provide us and the builder a copy this allowed us to be able to recall info that was discussed and agreed upon without having to second guess what we thought we had agreed upon. Her actions greatly impacted our relationship with the builder and we are really grateful for that is the meeting notes helped cut down on any confusion. Another factor about Audra that stood out to us is her willingness to always be available for us even when we just stop by unannounced she still carved a little time to give us to show us that she cared and we really appreciated that. We couldn't have asked for a better broker to help us through this process and we look at her as a friend and would recommend her to assist anyone if asked our opinion for a broker.
