Buyer reviewAudrey knows everything about buying a home. It was truly remarkable how much she knew, and she kept amazing us. If it wasn't for her knowledge about how money is wired, time frames, little known escrow nuances, etc., we would have made many critical mistakes. She managed the process like it was her own purchase. We always felt very well supported and respected. We absolutely would not have gotten our dream home without her. Audrey helped us deal with the unruly sellers with professionalism, strength, and always kept our needs the priority. Audrey communicated with us every step of the way. She was even able to explain things about our lender! She knew the area like the back of her hand, has a handful of proven vendors like plumbers, electricians, etc. that helped us stay away from thieves. She was truly excellent! We are extremely happy with our home purchase and we owe it all to Audrey!

Included was a beautiful four-page color brochure of our home and high-quality photography. She is an experienced and tenacious marketer who would continuously adapt to conditions to bring potential buyers to see our home. It is also noteworthy that she did the research and took the extra time and effort to get full market value for our home. She was dependable, punctual, and a stabilizing force throughout. Buyer reviewAudrey Overton was incredibly helpful during each and every step along the way. She got to know our tastes and helped search out homes that would fit them. She allowed us to see places and develop our own opinions before giving us her honest feedback about each property. If she saw anything that was abnormal, she would note it to us and offer potential fixes. No place was bad, some just needed more fixing than others. She has been helping us find local contractors for the work that we have to do for our new house and offered ideas for how the spaces can be utilized or changed. Also, she was very on top of the escrow process, making sure to facilitate the process to the best of her abilities and informing us where any break down was or could have been. Truly a wonderful person to have on our side during an experience that many hail as one of the more stressful endeavors of their lives.

Audrey went above and beyond to get my house sold and then to make sure it closed escrow. She more than earned her commission! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. Audrey handled everything professionally and helped me sell my house in 1 day. When the buyer backed out because her parents told her it was too much, it sold in one day again for a higher amount. I was very satisfied with the result. Working with Audrey was such a pleasure.
