I went between Michigan and Tennessee and Aundrea was able to get appointments to see houses at short notice as I came in from out of state several times. Without my husband's set of deserning eyes, I felt I had that with Aundrea Gunter. She understood the market, costs of repairs, and signs of possible issues. She went the extra mile to research any known problems or history. Aundrea was available and helpful as a go between not only with the seller but my banker, the bank's personal, and title company. She was able to explain aspects that I either didn't understand or knew nothing about. I felt like her top priority the entire time. I feel I have made a valuable contact and friend for any future needs and a realitor I can confidently recommend.
