His knowledge and commitment to his trade and clients was very refreshing. He was always eager and quick to answer any questions that came up throughout the selling process. My overall experience with Century 21 and Austin Smith was excellent. I have gone with Century 21 in the process of buying and selling 2 homes now. Austin was involved with the selling of one and the buying and selling of our most recent home and I won't hesitate to go with him again in the future.

He was very responsive, always there to answer any questions we had, and always uplifting. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for at the price point we could afford.
