Seller reviewBarbara was very approachable & helpful in our first contact. She offered to list my mothers house when I needed to sell that. Later I had a neighbor who wanted to buy it and since the house was not listed or under contract yet, we made the deal without a realtor. When I called Barbara to tell her, she was very understanding and I remember that I was surprised she didn't get angry or short with me. I'm from Houston Texas and it's doggy dog there. I've even had realtors threaten me. So when the time came for my family to sell the lot that we had adjacent to the house, I called Barbara again. I was glad that she got to do something for us. She returned my text and calls even on weekends and when she was out of town on vacation. I highly recommend her. Not only did my cousin recommend Mike Bonow century 21 to me, but also mom's investment broker with Merrill Lynch. We had a great experience

Then when I was ready to find a home and kicked it into full gear, Barbra was ready to go and handled all of my needs in a timely manner with a smile on her face.
