This office was great finding my renter 8 years ago and had planned on using them when I was ready to sell the home. I was hoping to get more money for the sale, but the HOA fees are higher than average for my home and this deterred many potential buyers and were related to the lower than expected offers on the home. Ms. Dimattina came up with great marketing incentives to generate interest in the home to the correct buyer market that resulted in the sale of the home. I was hoping for a higher price and a quicker sale, but no other realtor could have done a better job than Barbara. I am sincerely thankful of her efforts to provide incentives to potential buyers and to coordinate with my former tenant to turn the home over and prepare to show the home. She and the Century 21 team was terrific! Ms. Dimattina's best quality is not on the assessment list; character. Considering that I was out of state for the entire sales process and the sale testifies of the additional effort the Century 21 Realty team put into selling my home. There were many possible conditions that could easily have gone wrong with a little loss of focus, but this was a smooth sale with all involved professionally identifying the required actions to bring the documents and money together to sell and close on schedule.
