Seller reviewBarbara Higgens placed a small flag in front of each house in the neighborhood for the 4th of July. I was out front thinking about selling my house, and there it was, so I called her. It was meant to be. She was terrific, answered all of my questions, and some I didn't even know I had. She's great to do business with, and friendly. There were times I was stressed, but she walked me through it all. She's definitely a great caring and professional agent.

We were dealing with a difficult situation, where our mom passed away and the house was not in good condition. Since my sister and I live out of town, she helped with just about every request we made. She made great suggestions on what we should and shouldn't do and did everything humanly possible to get the house sold at a fair price. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell a house.
