Seller reviewI just loved working with Barb. This house was built by my Dad and was the house I grew up in, the only house I called my home. So you can imagine the emotional feelings running through me having to sell it. Barb put me at ease. Although the house inside had changed thru the years when the the photographer Craig took the listing pictures it brought me back to a very special happy time in my life and I knew it was time to let it go for someone else to have this same feeling. Barb handled everything so quickly and professionally the house sold in just a few days. Barb is the very best of the best. Thank you Barb

Seller reviewBarb was phenomenal! She made things so easy. She arranged a handy man to do some repairs, a cleaning person to clean, the inspectors, everything! This was huge to be because I am living 2 hours away from the house I was selling. I thought the process would require me to make several trips down to the house, but she handled everything! She is the sweetest lady and took all my stress of selling away. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor!

She has a plan that makes the sale of a house seem less overwhelming to the seller by going over the steps to her plan and how we will approach this process as a team. I asked many questions and she had most answers. If she had to check up on data she was quick to return the info in a timely manner. I felt supported in the entire process from listing the house to closing. After the closing their are some small transer things that need to be completed and she reassured me she is there to help till the end. I find it not only kind but truly supported and that means alot to me.
