After first meeting Barb, it was obvious to us that she was the one we wanted to work with. She has the kind of character that everyone is looking for, but no one thinks really exists. She is so hard working and was great at looking out for our best interest Barb was efficient and on top of everything that we didn't really need to think about anything. She was always thinking ahead and letting us know what we could do to make sure things ran smoothly. The staff at the office were always pleasant to talk with as well. Barb was great at keeping them informed, so all I had to do was tell them who I was and they knew exactly what was going on and what to do. I have already recommended Barb to others.

We just closed on the sale of our condo. Barb Laib was our realtor. We were impressed with Barb's professionalism and knowledge from our first meeting through closing. Barb is a very easy person to work with. She is optimistic yet realistic and takes care of details in a timely manner. At our first meeting, she laid out a marketing plan, was open to our suggestions, and she followed through with the plan as outlined. She was always available to us to answer questions and gave us timely status reports. Barb is very hard working and enthusiastic. We were very satisfied with Barb as our realtor. We had previous experience with Barb and trust her. Threee years ago we came to Wisconsin and lucked up meeting Barb. We had worked with another agent for a few months. The agent seemed only mildly interested in helping us. We finally gave up on her and went on our own. Later, we met Barb and were immediately impressed. She pours so much energy in to everything she does. She immediately gave us hope we could find THE home quickly. She was so patient and kind. We found that home within just a few weeks and were happy there for the last three years before selling to move back home. This is exactly why we considered no one else to be our selling agent.

Barb is hardworking, trustworthy and has your best interest in all the decisions that are made. She follows up with prospective buyers and markets your home as much as possible. She is never too busy to answer any question no matter how small. She also helped me through a problem with a lender and was able to keep the purchase on track. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!
