I have worked with several different agents and several different agencies over the years with buying my own homes to buying investment properties and this was by far the hardest deal to put together as well as the highest degree of frustration that I have ever experienced with buying/selling a home. With finding a buyer for my home to finding a home to purchase there were snags and timing issues, issues with an unsatisfying inspection and miscommunications with the lender. Disappointment with loosing offers and potential buyers backing out. I'm sure there are worse stories but for me and my girlfriend this was a few months that we don't ever want to repeat. That being said, Barb remained professional,understanding, patient and accommodating at all times. She took charge when needed and put the weight on her shoulders rather than ours. She was timely with communication and always kept us informed. I felt I could joke with Barb as well as get professional feedback and because of that it was the Best experience with an agent that I have had.
