She made me feel comfortable as a first time homebuyer and I would recommend her to any of my relatives or friends without hesitancy. If I ever have the need for a realtor again in the future I wouldn't work with anyone other than her. Barbara was always giving input on her thoughts and recommendations about finding the right home that fit my needs, especially since I was very specific on what I was searching for. Barbara's performance was nothing but excellent!

Buyer reviewI was looking to move from an apartment in New York to a house in New Jersey and needed guidance as I had a ton of questions. Barbara Uhl was my shepherd throughout the entire process. We spent about 45 minutes during our initial phone call just going over what I was looking for, my concerns, and features that would be considered a plus, a negative, or outright deal breaker. I'm a research nut, so she took time to answer all of my questions and made sure to follow up on anything she wasn't sure about. While touring homes, she never tried to sell us on the home, but instead said "when you find your home, you'll know it." There was never a point in time where I felt neglected, overwhelmed, or rushed to make a decision. I've already shared my experience with friends and family, noting that if you're looking for a home in NJ to see Barbara Uhl, guaranteeing a quality experience.
