Buyer reviewBarry was the greatest agent to work with, he was always there with support and encouragement, when things started to fall apart he took charge and kept everything flowing smoothly. He was always available when we needed him and never failed to calm nerves. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent that truly cares for his clients. Like I keep saying, excellent doesn't even begin to express how we feel about him and his professionalism. Great guy He kept us from losing perspective on how things were progressing. I don't think I have ever met such a calm and reassuring person. I now consider Barry a life long friend.

Buyer reviewOver all if this was a 0-10 I would give Barry a 20/10, He always went above and beyond for me and always had my back, he got me into a home that I absolutely love and only because of him. He would go the extra mile and ask sellers agents if they had anymore houses coming and if it falls though to keep us in mind and that's what you call good high quality customer service, when you start thinking about the customer like that's all that matters then you're doing the absolute perfect job and that is exactly what Barry did!

However, I didn't know that he was so well informed about the local real estate market and closing process. Barry is very easy to talk to, he is patient and a great listener. He was clear and explained every step of the process so that we understood what was going to happen next. We had buyers making offers within hours of listing on MLS. We really appreciated how he kept in contact with the buyer's agent and title company. The sales process was very smooth. We could not have asked for anything more. This was a great experience and he was the perfect agent for us. I would definitely recommend Barry Ruhlander.
