I used Barry many times in the past, and would never use another agent in the area. I have bought and sold over 17 hoes, and Barry's commitment and perseverance to help sell this property went above and beyond expectations. The HOA at Sunrise Lakes was challenging to say the least. They have archaic rules, and regulations that caused Barry to go out of his way many times to help not only me, but the buyer with paperwork, inspections, and rules of the association. I would have exhausted my patience, and turned the property and sale to someone I despise long before the sale. Barry stuck with it and really took the property to heart and would not let the association get the best of him. Patience, dedication, or medication, he did a great job. It is no exaggeration that buying or selling a property is a stressful endeavor both emotionally and fiscally. Barry provided that support and confidence I needed to know things would work out. Through it all Barry was a Realtor who was clearly a partner and a friend. For all of these reasons this is why I unconditionally recommend him to my friends and acquaintances. It is without hesitation we would seek him out with any future real estate needs. I really like the time and patience Barry and the team showed ma as well as the individualized attention. There were times when I was ready to give up and he told me to hang in there. Well I did and I could not be happier that it is sold. The entire sales process on this property is one that you can talk about and laugh at during Thanksgiving dinner one year down the road. We had hundreds of showings (thanks god for lock boxes) and more then 10 offers on the property. The HOA had denied multiple buyers to the point I had to get an attorney involved. At that point the next buyer was immediately approved. Barry treated all prospective buyers equally fair and extremely professional. Barry even set me up with a C21 referral in Buffalo, NY where I just purchased a new home. All the people in the office that were attached to the sale were amazing. Gracious thanks to David and Guy for their role and help. I Hear that human cloning may be just down the road. Get a piece of Barry's hair...oops nevermind...get a cheek swab and clone him. If not look hard and find more people like him and watch your business grow.
