Over the last 15 years, Batscheba Deve has built a credible professional career on the foundations of experience and success. She adeptly assists first time home buyers, families, investors, vacation home owners and more to locate the perfect property that meets all of their needs. As a result of her years of experience, Batscheba has become very familiar with Palm Beach County, Broward County and St. Lucie County. An excellent communicator, Batscheba is only a phone call away. Batscheba acquired her real estate license in 2003 and her B.A. in Business Administration in 2010. She subsequently obtained her licence as a mortgage loan originator in 2011 in order to more completely service her clients. Thanks to this extra training, she is able to walk clients through their transaction from start to finish, keeping them informed the entire way through. Some of her secular accomplishments include being singled out as the top sales agent of the month twice while working for RE/MAX from 2004 to 2011. She also received their President Club award in 2004 and 100% Sales Club award in 2005. When Batscheba is not catering to her clients and facilitating large transactions with ease, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community. She has lived in South Florida for over 20 years and loves it for its sunny weather and warm climate. Occasionally, she will leave our tropical paradise to explore the globe near and far.
