Seller reviewI knew without a doubt Beckie was the right realtor for us when she came to take photos of the property. The excitement she created around the photos and the listing was tangible. I knew she saw what I did in our home and she kept the energy high and excited. This created excitement all around our listing and we had 3 offers in less than a week. I credit this to her and how she approached the sale of our home. Instead of seeing where it needed work she saw all the potential and in turn so did anyone that saw the listing. Seller reviewI have nothing but positive things to say about Beckie and her broker. I am a land investor and Beckie reached out to me regarding one of the lots my business had up for sale on FB Marketplace. She stated she was an investor-friendly realtor and would be happy to take on my lot listings. She is so professional, personable, positive, and helpful. She handles all my land sales and at the moment I am very pleased with my experience thus far. The only issue that's top of mind as an investor (not related to Beckie) is title companies. It would be great if it were possible to work consistently with just one investor-friendly title company perhaps affiliated with Century21 in the Bandera area that makes closings easier and faster. Title delays have resulted in slower turnover of my properties and cashflow.
