All of the above, plus she kept us updated on the potential buyers and market! Couldn't ask for anything more! We just always felt like we were in good hands! Both our properties that she has sold, have been in or near the city limits and did not have many comps, due to the acreage attached. Becky has done a great job in the sale of both!

Buyer reviewRebecca Cota was awesome, she did an amazing job from start to finish. She was persistant and continued to look for us when it felt like we'd never find anything. She knew exactly what we wanted and found a house/property that pleased us both. She did a great job keeping in touch with us. She was super friendly and had a great attitude. I will recommend Becky to anyone and will go back to her when we get ready to sell/buy. We are glad to call her a friend!
