Seller reviewBen was/is a very competent and dependable agent. He is informative, knowledgeable, and is up-to-date on current housing information. If he didn't know the answer to a question we asked, he would find the answer quickly and let us know. This is the third time Ben has been involved in a house sale for us and we would not think of using anyone else. He is the BEST as far as we are concerned. Buyer reviewBen helped us buy the house we are in now. We were very pleased with his service, help, attention to detail and his quick response to questions that we needed answered. He was above and beyond helpful with any concern we had. He is still the same only only more helpful. Ben explained the process of offering for a house and escrow and all the steps needed to complete the process. We had no surprises because Ben kept us well informed. Ben was all of the above. We will be listing our present house with Ben to sell in a few weeks. If we were to need to purchase another house, we would use Ben. We would also recommend Ben to all our friends.
