She walked me through step-by-step and made sure I knew what to expect at each step of the process. She did a great job with negotiation, and is very knowledgeable in her profession. She has great communication skills, along with being patient and kind.

She was insightful, diligent, open and upfront with all info on properties as well as an overall pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond even when the seller was out of touch; day or night she had updates for me to help me through this process. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent; she even brought up points and ideas I had not even thought about to ask or to consider when searching for the right place to call a home.

Seller reviewShe did an outstanding job, went the extra mile to prepare the house for showings, and also fought for us to get the best sale price. Bernadette did a great job with the beautiful yard sign, preparing our house for showings, she really went above and beyond. She watched our kids for us while we packed! And even got food for us on moving day! Bernadette was always on top of everything, and was always available for communications. I wouldn't of wanted anyone else, she did an outstanding job!
