Bert's track record and friendliness mainly lead to my decision to use him. He has lived in the area his whole life and has great knowledge of real estate where my home was located. I believe Bert's knowledge of the area was a key factor in getting top dollar for my home as he knew exactly how to market the home for location it was in. This allowed him to use specific marketing techniques I would have never thought to use, use key words in the listing and printed materials, as well as have engaging conversation with potential buyers during the open house Bert was available around the clock and it was unbelievable. He was proactive and responsive at night, on weekends, and even while he was on vacation with his family. He never made me feel as if my question or concerns were too small or irrelevant, regardless of how minor they were coming from a first time seller. I will 100% be using Bert in the future for buying and/or selling. I believe he went above and beyond and I feel I can trust him. I have already referred him to friends and family

We've used Bert Morrison many times both to purchase property and sell. He was always reliable and patient and truly cares about his customers. He's always made the process very easy for us. We have also recommended him numerous times to friends and family.

Bert was amazing. Very diligent and knowledgable, always available to help out and answer questions. Without a doubt I will be using Bert again if I purchase another property in the area in the future. The broker, CENTURY 21, was mainly selected due to the Selection of the Agent and I didn't have to deal with any other employee from the company so I do not have any feedback on that. But my overall experience with Bert was great and he will be highly recommended and refered to anyone I know that needs an Agent in the Tampa Bay area.

Bert was AWESOME!! He helped us search houses on our very weird schedule. He was flexible, knowledgeable and kind. It was a great experience working with Bert & we hope to use him again in the future. We have a very crazy schedule. When we were not able to be on site Bert was there on our behalf. Great agent! Excellent agent. He was very helpful, always reachable, understanding of our interests and fun. Bert made this sale happen. It came with some oddities and he rolled with them so well we barely knew about them. We highly recommend Bert where ever you are in the Tampa Bat area. We moved from Pinellas Park to Spring Hill. During the process Bert showed us everything in between as we requested and on our crazy schedule. He was great.
