I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Education, a Master's degree from Troy University, and an Administrative degree from Auburn University Montgomery. After 25 years as a teacher, administrator, and Principal, I retired just long enough to study and acquire a Real Estate license. My reasoning for choosing Real Estate as a second career was to fulfill a love for interior, landscape, and architectural design. I realized that I could combine my design passion with Real Estate and be effective in the Real Estate profession. I believe my calling in life is to educate and to combine that calling with my passion for interior decorating, landscaping, and architectural design, I can effectively help others make the best choices in choosing or selling their home. With education as my lifetime experience and Real Estate as my present profession, my motto states: "Let Bert do your homework and you'll get it right!"

Seller reviewBased on my previous experience with Bert, I had complete confidence and trust in her. House sold very quickly. I believe Bert placed the proper value of the house in the brochure which helped sell the house. Bert went through a lot on the first house she sold for me. It was a trying time because of my wife's illness. She became more like family to me and I would not want anyone other than Bert to be my realtor.

These attributes are: Honesty, Ethics, Trustworthiness, Dedication, Professionalism, Persistence, Friendliness and Care. She is a former educator (school teacher and principal), which we know caring is inherent with that profession. That is why she cares about her client needs more that her own interest.
