Beth Germann was nothing short of outstanding! This was the fourth house I've sold and I was extremely satisfied with two of the previous realtors and happy enough with the third one. Beth's listening skills and her genuinely taking in to account my goals, needs and concerns about the the entire process was remarkable. I'm 65 years old and a stroke survivor. I'm not as sharp as I used to be, but rather than take advantage of my condition, she showed incredible patience throughout the entire process. And I'm ashamed to admit, I can be a handful to deal with. (And that's what my closest friends have to say about me). I've never had anyone with this much energy, patience and integrity work for me even in my law enforcement career.
