I am thankful for you, and who you are- and that you know what you know! If it were anyone else I don't think I could have been so calm about moving. Betty Davis walked us through every step without ever sounding condescending or unprofessional. She was so very patient and always communicated with us, regardless of time of day. We could not have asked for a better agent and would recommend her to anyone that was looking for a house in the Jacksonville/Hubert/Swansboro/Sneads Ferry area because she knew all of them thoroughly.

Seller reviewI felt.Betty represented our interest well. Betty answered all my questions. This was not easy for her as I live in Ohio and am not familiar with NC real estate practices and laws. She did a very good job. When the house was sold she hired and coordinated the work activities of handy men, electrician, air conditioner people and kept me in the loop also. She represented us well the entire sale and closing. She has gone above and beyond when the new owners informed her they found a necklace and earrings she went to the house got them and mailed them to me. Betty was always friendly, trustworthy, professional. Above all she has been thoughtful of our feelings. This was our mother's home. Thank you Betty, wishing you all the best, Margaret Kearney Kosar
