Buyer reviewBev was always available to answer all the questions I had about the purchase. As a first time buyer I had many. She was patient and understood my concerns while calming my anxieties. It's important to recognize how a person feels even if you're on email or texting. Not being able to "see" some can be cause for misunderstanding.
