Bill has helped me twice before and I have come to trust him as a human being, a Christian man of great integrity, immeasurable patience and humor, He never appears upset when things seem to be perfect and then I find something I just can't accept [like a condo telling me I can only have one of my two dogs] and we have to start from scratch. When we first moved to the area he must have showed me 20 houses before I found the "perfect" home. Now I have found the NEXT perfect home because of Bill and as soon as I fix the last little quirks,l I know he will sell my home quickly and professionally. I have recommended him every time I know someone is moving or buying. If I say more you will think it's overkill. I really think he's just the best. He always goes above and beyond to make things happen as quickly as is feasable without rushing headlong into a mistake I AM using Bill again. He's going to sell my house for me [not the one I just bought, the one I was in before that]

After almost 3 months looking for a house and with very bad experiences with some agents that just work Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, we lost the hope to find the right house for us based on our own circumstances, specially after being relocated with most of the time to search for a house during the weekends....suddenly one day while driving we took the Bill's phone from the yard's post ,as with many other agents. The next day early in the morning (Saturday) I call Bill just to ask for the house, the price, etc....and to my surprise Bill offered to meet me right away in the property. It was early but wooow! this guy really catches my attention for his willingness to start working right away... I was expecting a anxious agent or some thing like that, but Bill was very easy going, never put at all any pressure, never asked the typical stupid question as other agents "what is you range of price"...he was just doing his job without assuming nothing about me...after some other visits we close the deal. I really recommend Bill because he grow up in this area, he know his job, he offer a lot of guidance during the process and also his knowledge about the construction specifics is very valuable specially for people like me from New Mexico where the construction systems are weather is quite different. My wife I and I really appreciate all the Bill's help for getting the right house for us.

The sale of this house was both emotional and specialized . This was a full log home that was our dream home. There are not a lot of homes out there for a comparison. Plus the buyers knew nothing about log homes, which made the sale of this house very detailed and time consuming. Bill Baird was very patient, always accessible, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I am very thankful for the job that he did!
