Estimate of property to list was spot on, all arrangements and inspections were coordinated and executed in a timely fashion. The closing went smoothly for both parties. Bill Finn knows the area well and did his homework. Bill helped set the price and explained the reasoning. We received offers immediately and Bill was helpful in explaining the offer and advising on the response. We had a goal of selling the house relatively fast and sold It in a week with the first offer on the first day. Bill is very honest and trustworthy. He does his due diligence and advises what the price range should be and the pros and cons of each as it applies to your house. Bill is always easy to reach and quick to respond.
