Upon viewing homes, Bill Klaiber had extensive knowledge of each house right down to the smallest quirky detail. He was excellent at communicating with us on what we were interested in when it came to finding a home, as well as his execution in helping us secure the one we chose. As first time home buyers who were unsure of how a lot of the process worked, he was able to give us all of the help and understanding that we needed. He walked us through every step of the process.
