My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Bill and I must have looked at 30 homes in 3 weeks and he was so amenable to multiple homes a day or last minute changes. I had limited time and Bill was awesome. Bill was prompt in communications and flexible. I admire that he and I have the same sense for well renovated homes. We got to know each other on a limited basis and that helped cement the trust. Furthermore, he kept me on track with asking the right questions of the lender and prompted me when i needed to initiate comms with lender. I am overseas and Bill knew the gaps and made this purchase very successful. I will always recommend Bill to anyone in the Philly area.
