I have been in the Real Estate business for the last 6 years and have demonstrated to both buyers and sellers my belief that honesty, integrity, high levels of customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile are the hallmarks of a professional. We all know that there is more to life that our careers. In an effort to give back to the community, I have been, and continue to be an active volunteer firefighter, and I also serve in several volunteer capacities in my Church. Seller reviewI live far away from N.Y. State in Northern British Columbia, Canada. I needed someone whom I could trust with the sale of the properties. The properties are in a poor location - right on the highway and below the railway tracts so I didn't have expectations of getting a good price for them. I needed to sell because I couldn't look after them and the man who was checking on the properties had passed away. Twice prospective buyers backed out of the sale. Bill got a sizable down payment the third time and the sale finally went through to my relief. He kept on trying to sell these properties with patience and tenacity, and finally to my great relief the sale finally went through. I asked if he could take the family photos out of one of the houses for me and he did and put them in storage. He is a very nice person to deal with.
