Personal Profile
I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and as far back as I can remember I always enjoyed outdoor activities. My family would camp & fish in the mountains of Arizona. I joined the Explore Scouts high adventure post and we backpacked, rock climbed, explored caves, canoed and embarked on many adventures. Currently I have many hobbies. I enjoy photography, gardening, canning & pickling vegetables, cooking & creating new recipes and going for walks. I also like driving my sports car, attending car shows and listening to live music. Some of my most exciting adventures include whitewater rafting, exploring caves, soaring in a hot air balloon and swimming with sharks. I would love to travel the world and visit the Mediterranean region. I met my husband in Arizona and we moved to Lompoc in 1983 and settled there. We have raised 2 children and now have 4 wonderful grandchildren. The Central Coast is a great place to live and raise children!
In addition to my family and my faith, my proudest achievement is my 30 year successful real estate career. I have won many awards including the Centurion award for Century 21 for several years and "Realtor of the Year" for the Lompoc Valley Realtor Board. What I like about my Real Estate career is each client has a different story and needs. I want to have a positive impact on their lives and help them achieve their Real Estate goals. Without her assistance I would not now own 4211 Arcturus because I could not have handled this by myself. Billie Jean has more than protected me and looked out for my interests and has been there constantly to assist me and to contact the necessary people. Buyer reviewWhen it came to buying a home I had a very limited budget. When I first met Billie Jean, she was patient and showed me what was available at my price range. There wasn't much at the time to choose from, so I didn't buy. Nearly a year and a half later I got a call from Billie Jean, because she had found something in my price range that was everything that I wanted in a home. 45 day later I was moving in to my new home. I couldn't believe that she kept me in mind after all that time, and got me in to the home that I wanted. A couple years later it was time for me to move out of Lompoc. I called Billie Jean up, and she guided me through the process of selling my home. Just like before she was patient with me and very thorough when it came to explaining the process. She guided me in the right direction, helping me get the most for my home. Less than 60 days later I had an offer, that was exactly what I wanted. Because of Billie Jean's extensive knowledge of the market, and drive to get results, I am able to be semi-retired, and travel the country. If I ever find myself back in the area again, Billie Jean will be the first person I call.
