Seller reviewFrom the very first contact to closing, BJ kept me updated on all aspects of this transaction. He told me to call in the middle of the night if I needed to. Never had an agent say this. I like to get to know who I am working with and ask a lot of questions to find out what kind of character the person has. BJ is a real person, with a heart for service. He is able to translate his knowledge and training into a cohesive plan of action to achive the required results. The MLS pictures were outstanding using a professional photographer. BJ is a team player and understands all members play an important part, he is a true leader. My house sold in one day at full asking price. If I ever got back into real estate I would lock BJ up as my agent for all transactions.
