As I said prior Mrs. Ruble was on point with every aspect of the process and it goes to show that her experience through the years is hands down impressive. This being my first home I was cautious and worried about many things but Mrs. Ruble was there to answer all my questions and get answers for concerns that arose. When I sent a home to her she would answer back promptly and if a viewing was asked for she would set an appointment as soon as possible. When a time was set she was there on time. Her experience in the industry showed when viewing the homes. She would have knowledge that I did not and answered many questions and showed concerns about properties. I have nothing but good things to say about her and would recommend her services to even my close family members and friends. I just want to say thank you to her and the Century 21 staff for everything and wish nothing but the best for Mrs. Ruble through the remainder of her career.

This woman makes the patients of a saint look bad. This being my first time ever buying a house and the questions I felt may have sounded dumb she answered with ease even if I didn't understand what she was saying she took the time to make sure I did. She was very knowledgeable of all questions I asked and never once "had to get back to me" on a question. We knew what we wanted and BJ executed every house she showed us until we found the perfect one. Hands down will be using BJ in the future and would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market.
