I have been dealing in real estate for 20 plus yrs buying and selling and have rarely had the eagerness to show and get me into lower priced investment properties.. Bo was AMAZING. Thia was not an easy closing. My loan officer was new and the processor was new. Bo had my back at every turn. She ran interference when I was at my wits end...listened when I cried tears, allowed me to vent and was involved as she could be. Without Bo, I don't think we would have closed this loan yet. I found out that higher dollar loans were prioritized by the Mortgage Loan officer/processor Bo however treated us with dignity, respect, and kindness. You would have thought we were million dollar clients. Bo even bonded with my Grandchildren. She is a DREAM. She is the kind of agent that starts out as a business expert but becomes family. Bo will have my lifelong business and gratitude and all my friends and relatives will be referred to Be Frangenberg and Century 21 Bo went above and beyond for us. Our Inspector referred us! She ran interference between the Mortgage Company Loan Officer, Processor and Even the Regional VP. This Young Woman is a Go Getter! She knows the market, the laws, and was instrumental in getting the Sellers to accept our loan! She is so very very kind from the smallest among us to my husband who can be very high strung. She handled multiple personalities with aplomb and good humor. We were never rushed and always felt like our concerns were heard! Roger was amazing. When Bo's Dad suddenly passed away, he stepped in for a seamless transaction. Roger was always available when Bo was out on Bereavement leave. His expertise on the Market, and in dealing with National loan officers made me feel that I had hired a whole team. I cannot thank Roger enough for answering questions so patiently. Bo was the bright spot in a rather difficult race to the finish!

I have known Bo Frangenberg for a very long time and let me tell you- I am more impressed than ever! She is so skilled in many different areas of life but when it comes to finding the perfect home for others… I'm speechless. SHE IS IN HER ELEMENT!
