I think that this experience did much to place Century 21 high on the list of my regard for this realty company and the agent, Bob Fernandez, models well your ability to sell honestly and following. Counsel from Bob was excellent from beginning discussion to final aspects of sale and negotidations Bob's ability to hear and adapt to the interests of the purchaser was a major factor in the completion of the sale....and he was effective in bringing the seller and the buyer family together in grateful harmony!
