Bob Hirsch was an excellent broker. He worked with us on a very short deadline to find us a home which fit our needs and was within our price limit. There was no high pressure sales tactics and he was respectful of our desires. When issues arose with closing or preparing the property, Bob handled the situations making sure to keep pressing and kept us informed at every step. Bob was a stellar broker.

This is the second house Bob Hirsch has sold for me. I have a history with Bob going back over 40 years, and thought If I have to pay a Realtor, it may as well be a friend and classmate I know. Bobby is very personable and a real detail oriented individual. He knows the business inside and out. He was very responsive to any and all inquires I ask him Anytime I called, he would answer right away, or would call back within minutes. He answered all of my questions fully, and felt he was truly working to get me the best deal. He was instrumental in the repairs negotiation part of the sale, making sensible recommendations. The sale was fairly painless overall. This was my childhood home that my father had built, and had a bit of a hard time parting with it, but the procedures that were laid out by Bob made this less so.
