We were able to comfortably buy a house hundreds of miles away, without ever having seen it in person thanks to his diligence and responsiveness. We felt like we had the best advocate in our corner while negotiating for the price of the home, as well as the critical fixes/upgrades. We got the entire, expensive septic system overhauled for free! I would recommend to family and friends wholeheartedly, and when we eventually move out, we'll be contacting him again. Thanks Bob!
