He was very patient with my father-in-law explaining what all the real estate sales documents meant and what to expect through out the process. what was important and unimportant relating to the sale. We feel everything went much smoother with Bob Meade's direction. although the sale took longer than expected it was due to the buyers lender and Bob Meade assured us not to worry as things will progress and the did.
