Seller reviewBob's many years of experience has paid dividends as he has the knowledge to protect his clients interest. He makes sure small details are covered in the contract that could be sticking points or cause a large out of pocket expense. I can not express the importance that experience plays a role- Bob has seen it all. Thanks Bob! Bob is a great communicator and has a real sense or urgency. He prefers to discuss most things over the phone or in person versus email or text which is important when dealing with a big decision like buying or selling a home. He does use text and email to communicate as well but takes the time on important issues. Bob is a great experienced agent and will put in the time and account for the details to make sure you are covered and not let things slip through the cracks. Great job Bob.
