During a phone conversation and face to face meeting, he answered all possible questions and gave us confidence moving forward with the home buying process. Bob was amazing during the entire experience. He was flexible in his schedule to handle our needs. He answered every question we came up with. During viewings he was extremely detailed and made sure we saw everything we could in the house. He was able to help compare and contrast properties and use his knowledge and experience to help guide us toward the home we now have. Looking back there was never a time we felt the experience could have been different/better. Using the word excellent doesn't do our experience justice. Bob gave 110% toward every aspect of his responsibilities. We could not have asked for more out of our time spent together.
